Grommetting and Eyeletting
We can reinforce your fabric for hanging on rings, wire screw rings, snap rings or key chains with metal eyelets or grommets. These are available in nickel, brass and some types offer colors.
Labeling
We will set up your ticket or labels adding any details you’d like. You will have the final review and approval before we print. We will also send a mockup prior to production for your review. Our artwork team will provide proofs within days of receiving the details from you. We offer digital printing in-house, or we will outsource press printing. The choice is yours!
Die-Cutting
We offer high-speed, in-house die-cutting for faster turnaround and precision cutting of fabric or printed tickets.
Cutting
Just plain samples. We’ll cut them pinked or straight, bias or railroaded. We pay close attention to all the detail and pack the finished product by color or in rotation. Five powerful guillotine cutting machines mean minimal fabric waste and high-volume output for large cut sample orders. We’ll even calculate yardage requirements for you.
Sewing and Serging
If it’s a workday, we’re sewing! Overlocking (serging) and straight sewing meet most sample needs; we use a clear monofilament thread – virtually invisible!
Artwork Production
We maintain up-to-date professional hardware and software to enable us to receive and transmit files in a variety of formats. We can create camera ready art from your rough mockup or work from your existing files or disks.
Update Report
We also offer our customers a weekly Job Status Update (available on multiple orders only). The Job Status Update provides production details including outstanding materials, fabric issues and expected shipping dates.
