Samples are needed in every conceivable size, and for that reason there aren’t standard sample sizes. Size depends on variables such as the material type and what your product will be; a ring set, hang tag, fabric hangers, booklets or crack & peel samples. We can print the tickets or labels on stock up to 120# coated or uncoated stock. We will offer ideas to make the process easier for you too.
2. Do you carry anything in stock?
No, we do not carry anything in stock other than some commonly used stock for tickets and labels. All our samples are custom made to order. This keeps our overhead costs low and prices competitive. We can customize your orders with a competitive turnaround time.

A “Pinked Edge” is a term we use to describe the zigzag cut on the sample edge, like what you get with pinking shears.
4. What are Overlocked/Serged Edges?

Overlocking edges simply means the samples edge are straight cut, then sewn with clear thread that wraps around the edge to prevent fraying. It’s also known as serging.
5. What is the Minimum Quantity?
We do not have a minimum quantity! We have the capabilities to sample both low and high quantities. We have a minimum dollar amount of $2,500.
6. What Kind of Artwork Files Should We Send?
We work with InDesign, Illustrator and PDF files. Our Art Department works on Mac computers featuring the latest design program software. Any file questions can be answered by one of our Art Experts.
7. What Are Your Turnaround Times?
Turnaround times vary depending on the order and refers to the amount of time that passes from when we have all components required to complete your order to when your product ships. We have very competitive turnaround times. The average time is 8 weeks from the approval of your mockups. For large orders we offer a Monday Update to keep you posted where your order is in the sampling process. Because of our central location we can ship to any US coast in about 3 days.
