Daniel Lennertson – CEO
Daniel Lennertson has owned Lennertson Sample Co. for nearly four decades, and has experienced almost every type of textile sampling that exists. He is a forward thinker, avid tennis player and is slowly relinquishing sampling duties to his next generation of sample makers.
Leslie Horstmann – COO/Sales
Leslie is our Chief Operating Officer here at Lennertson Sample Company. She works as the right-hand-woman to our CEO, Daniel Lennertson, and is involved in all aspects of the company. Leslie is a family oriented person who started with us in 2001 as an administrative assistant. Leslie has an Associates of Science in Business Management, and is currently working to finish her Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Leslie has a great understanding of and relationship with our customers, and is an expert in customer service.
Ellen Sinclair – Senior Account Representative
Ellen began working for Lennertson Sample Company in St. Louis in 1985 when the company was still operating out of an older building in the downtown area. Starting as a secretary, and helping early on to establish our in-house graphics department, her creative problem solving and interpersonal skills soon led her into a sales position, where she enjoys longstanding relationships with many of our customers. Whatever your needs in swatching, Ellen can help with quick and knowledgeable service.
Chris Eldringhoff – Administrative Assistant/Account Representative
Chris is one of our newest members to the office at Lennertson Sample Company. She started working for us in 2011, working the floor as a Mounter/operator. Chris has great people skills, and knows both the front and back end of our company which we consider a great skill set. Chances are, if you call us, Chris will be the friendly voice on the other side of the line. Aside from working as an administrative assistant, she also works with our sales team as an account representative.
Franke Horstmann – Production Manager / Human Resource / Sales Representative
Franke began part-time on the production floor in high school December of 2008. She swiftly worked her way up in the establishment, with both her experience and education. She has graduated from Missouri Baptist University with her Master in Business Administration. This knowledge has gone towards enhancing production and performance. Franke is great with internal factors; focusing on employee relationships, and work-place expectations.
Travis Elkins – Production Manager – Art Director
Travis began in 2016 and was abundantly helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He only planned for this to be a temporary job, but with great privilege Travis decided to stay. He went from laying up and cutting fabric, to engineering and checking the work of others. Most recently he has taken on the Art Director role, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his artistic side as well.
