Samples are needed in every conceivable size, and for that very reason there aren’t standard sampling sizes. Size depends on variables such as the material type and which product you chose; swatch cards, books, hangers, etc. We can print your cards, tags and headers in just about any size, and can easily offer suggestions to make the process easier for you.
No, we don’t carry anything in stock other than some commonly used card and label stocks. All of our samples are custom made to order. This keeps our overhead costs low and prices competitive. We are able to customize your orders with a competitive turn-around time.
“Over-locking edges” simply means the sample’s edges are straight cut, then sewn with a clear thread that wraps around the edge to prevent fraying. This is commonly referred to as serging. ex: over-locked edges
We don’t have a minimum quantity! We have the capabilities to sample both low and high quantities. Typically we require a minimum purchase order in the amount of $600.
We work with InDesign, Illustrator, and PDF files. Art work is done on updated Mac computers featuring the latest design program software. Any file questions can be answered by one of our Art Experts. You can call 573.486.8898 and ask for Jennifer.
Turn-around times vary depending on the order and refers to the amount of time that passes from when we have everything we need to complete your order to when your products ship. We have very competitive turn-around times. The average time for cards or hang tags is in the vicinity of 4 weeks. For large orders we can offer a Monday Update to keep you posted on where your order is in the sampling process. Because of our central location we can ship to any US coast in about 3 days.
